ANOTHER FINE MESH FROM NETRIGGER...

Recommended Posts

Received my Xmas pressie today from Netrigger... :clapper:

What a superb artisan this guy is...

It was a gift from one enthusiast to another... :drink:

The net is made from a spun nylon twine and double stranded,..it is surprisingly light to handle, almost gossamer -like and wraps its prey up real nice.

Many thanks Netrigger,..you certainly know your craft ;)

That look's a fine piece of kit .. .. but what is the differance beetween that type of net and the standard one's you can buy of the web site's..

Millet

spun nylon/polyester nets are a beauty to work with, they handle really well, they ball them bunny's up a lot better. and best of all you can make them to your own specification..... so weather you wanted it 12 or 30 meshes deep, then you'd do it....

Personally i knitted one, and im now nearly finished another, done about 85 yards on it.

Once you've done one, used it in the field, you just want more.

i like my nets to be 12/14 meshes deep, so when you pick them up on the anchor pins you don't get a massive 'tail' hanging off the pins.

Looking like a good piece of kit you got yourself there CHALKWARREN...and a nice few rabbits to boot...why would you wanna boot rabbits :icon_eek:

Well done on a net well made Netrigger...gossamer like was the description...drool..slavver!!

Warning to Chalkwarren though...don,t go leaving that there net in your shed...remember that old meths drinker in your garden that you set your dogs on,hic, still got the bite marks on me arse...and I,m down one feckin flea-ridden green coat, hic, :11:

PS Can.t help but feel that net would look sooo good in a nice light-weight basket!!!!
